What to Expect After You Reach Out
Response Time
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. During active disaster response, replies may take a bit longer, but we read every message.
Type of Support
We offer emotional wellbeing tools, guidance for families and communities, and connections to Bahali programmes—not ongoing individual therapy.
Your Privacy
We treat your story with respect and care. Information you share is used only to understand your needs and respond appropriately.
